3月13日，中韓應對新冠肺炎疫情聯(lián)防聯(lián)控合作機制正式成立并舉行首次視頻會(huì )議。機制旨在落實(shí)兩國元首重要共識，進(jìn)一步加強溝通協(xié)調，共同早日戰勝疫情。
China and South Korea have established a joint prevention and control mechanism on coping with the novel coronavirus and held their first video conference on Friday. The mechanism aims to implement the important consensus reached between the leaders of the two countries, strengthen communication and coordination in order to win the battle against the virus at an early date.

新冠肺炎疫情爆發(fā)以來(lái)，中韓作為近鄰休戚與共，雙方迄今互相牽掛聲援，提供真誠幫助，充分體現了守望相助、同舟共濟的友好情誼。在做好本國疫情防控的同時(shí)，兩國還加強對口部門(mén)之間的交流合作，采取了一系列有效的聯(lián)防聯(lián)控措施。在此基礎上，針對中韓兩國和國際疫情形勢的變化，雙方成立應對疫情聯(lián)防聯(lián)控合作機制，十分及時(shí)和必要，既是落實(shí)兩國元首重要共識的積極舉措，也將為世界各國攜手共同抗疫提供參考借鑒。
機制由兩國外交部牽頭，衛生、教育、海關(guān)、移民、民航等部門(mén)參加。在首次視頻會(huì )議上，雙方積極評價(jià)兩國前期疫情防控努力和對口部門(mén)交流合作，探討了下一步加強聯(lián)防聯(lián)控合作的重點(diǎn)方向和具體舉措，就減少不必要人員流動(dòng)、嚴控“四類(lèi)人員”出境、加強出入境檢疫、交流防控指南和診療技術(shù)、照顧好對方國家留學(xué)生和僑民等達成廣泛共識。
