據國家林業(yè)和草原局消息，今年2月15日至5月15日，國家林草局等11個(gè)部門(mén)聯(lián)合開(kāi)展行動(dòng)，查辦野生動(dòng)植物案件近1.2萬(wàn)起，收繳野生動(dòng)植物13萬(wàn)余只（頭、尾、株），嚴厲打擊了野生動(dòng)植物非法貿易。行動(dòng)期間，還打掉犯罪團伙719個(gè)，打擊處理違法犯罪人員1.4萬(wàn)余人；沒(méi)收違法所得5600余萬(wàn)元，處以罰款和罰金1億多元。

A campaign aiming to combat illegal wildlife trade has investigated nearly 12,000 wildlife cases and seized more than 130,000 animals and plants from February 15 to May 15, the National Forestry and Grassland Administration said Tuesday. The campaign, which was launched by the administration and other 10 authorities, also busted 719 criminal gangs, dealt with more than 14,000 criminals, confiscated over 56 million yuan of illegal gains and imposed fines and penalties worth more than 100 million yuan during the period.

破壞野生動(dòng)植物違法犯罪活動(dòng)。此次行動(dòng)有力震懾了破壞野生動(dòng)植物資源違法行為。

近年來(lái)，我國深入開(kāi)展一系列制度建設和執法打擊行動(dòng)，全面禁止野生動(dòng)植物非法交易，持續加大生物多樣性保護力度。我國野生動(dòng)植物保護制度體系更加健全，修訂《野生動(dòng)物保護法》，調整發(fā)布了《國家重點(diǎn)保護野生動(dòng)物名錄》和《國家重點(diǎn)保護野生植物名錄》，制定并實(shí)施相關(guān)配套管理制度。建立了打擊野生動(dòng)植物非法貿易部際聯(lián)席會(huì )議制度，聯(lián)合開(kāi)展“清風(fēng)”等專(zhuān)項行動(dòng)，嚴厲打擊亂采濫挖野生植物、破壞野生植物生長(cháng)環(huán)境和違法經(jīng)營(yíng)利用野生植物行為，全面禁止象牙、犀牛、虎骨及其制品貿易，高壓態(tài)勢基本形成。
