日前，國務(wù)院印發(fā)《關(guān)于加強數字政府建設的指導意見(jiàn)》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《指導意見(jiàn)》），就主動(dòng)順應經(jīng)濟社會(huì )數字化轉型趨勢作出部署?！吨笇б庖?jiàn)》提出，到2025年，與政府治理能力現代化相適應的數字政府頂層設計更加完善，政府決策科學(xué)化、社會(huì )治理精準化、公共服務(wù)高效化取得重要進(jìn)展。到2035年，整體協(xié)同、敏捷高效、智能精準、開(kāi)放透明、公平普惠的數字政府基本建成。

China has detailed measures to enhance the building of a digital government in tandem with the country's efforts to promote digital transformation. By 2025, the country will strive to improve the top-level design and coordination mechanism of a digital government that matches the modernization of the national governance system, according to a guideline released by the State Council, China's cabinet. The guideline said key advancements would emerge in making scientific government policies, carrying out targeted measures in social governance, and providing efficient public services. By 2035, China will seek to establish a digital government that is coordinated, efficient, intelligent, open, transparent, and inclusive.

《關(guān)于加強數字政府建設的指導意見(jiàn)》明確了數字政府建設的七方面重點(diǎn)任務(wù)。在構建協(xié)同高效的政府數字化履職能力體系方面，通過(guò)全面推進(jìn)政府履職和政務(wù)運行數字化轉型，全面提升政府履職效能。在構建數字政府全方位安全保障體系方面，筑牢數字政府建設安全防線(xiàn)。在構建科學(xué)規范的數字政府建設制度規則體系方面，保障數字政府建設和運行整體協(xié)同、智能高效、平穩有序。在構建開(kāi)放共享的數據資源體系方面，創(chuàng )新數據管理機制，深化數據高效共享。在構建智能集約的平臺支撐體系方面，全面夯實(shí)數字政府建設根基。在以數字政府建設全面引領(lǐng)驅動(dòng)數字化發(fā)展方面，營(yíng)造良好數字生態(tài)。在加強黨對數字政府建設工作的領(lǐng)導方面，加強黨中央對數字政府建設工作的集中統一領(lǐng)導，確保數字政府建設重大決策部署貫徹落實(shí)。
