國務(wù)院日前印發(fā)《氣象高質(zhì)量發(fā)展綱要（2022－2035年）》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《綱要》）?！毒V要》明確，到2035年，氣象關(guān)鍵科技領(lǐng)域實(shí)現重大突破，氣象監測、預報和服務(wù)水平全球領(lǐng)先，以智慧氣象為主要特征的氣象現代化基本實(shí)現。

China's State Council has issued a guideline on fostering the high-quality development of meteorology, vowing to achieve meteorological modernization through the use of smart technologies by 2035. Major breakthroughs should be made in key meteorological science and technology fields by 2035, with the meteorological observation, forecasting and services elevated to a world-leading level, according to the guideline.

氣象事業(yè)是科技型、基礎性、先導性社會(huì )公益事業(yè)，氣象工作關(guān)系生命安全、生產(chǎn)發(fā)展、生活富裕、生態(tài)良好。

新發(fā)展階段推動(dòng)氣象事業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展十分重要和緊迫，要按照黨中央、國務(wù)院部署，根據《氣象高質(zhì)量發(fā)展綱要（2022－2035年）》要求，加快推進(jìn)氣象現代化建設，完善氣象監測設施裝備體系，增強氣象科技自主創(chuàng )新能力，推進(jìn)氣象信息化，建設高水平氣象人才隊伍。要全面提高氣象服務(wù)保障成效，加快筑牢氣象防災減災第一道防線(xiàn)，大力加強氣象為農服務(wù)，更好保障經(jīng)濟運行和服務(wù)民生，積極助力生態(tài)文明建設，全面提高氣象服務(wù)保障的經(jīng)濟效益、社會(huì )效益和生態(tài)效益。當前，我國已全面進(jìn)入主汛期，要加強氣象監測預報預警和服務(wù)保障，著(zhù)力做好防汛抗旱和防災減災氣象工作。

提高降雨、臺風(fēng)、山洪、泥石流等預警預報水平，加大交通疏導力度，抓細抓實(shí)各項防汛救災措施。

Relevant departments should improve the system for early warnings and forecasts of rainfall, typhoons, mountain torrents and mudslides, step up efforts on traffic management, and take detailed and practical flood prevention and disaster relief measures.
