10月31日，中共中央總書(shū)記、國家主席習近平在北京人民大會(huì )堂向越共中央總書(shū)記阮富仲授予中華人民共和國“友誼勛章”，并舉行隆重頒授儀式。

Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Chinese president, awarded Nguyen Phu Trong, general secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee, the Friendship Medal of the People's Republic of China during a ceremony held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Oct. 31.

【知識點(diǎn)】

中華人民共和國“友誼勛章”于2018年6月首次頒授。根據《中華人民共和國國家勛章和國家榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號法》，國家設立中華人民共和國“友誼勛章”，授予為我國社會(huì )主義現代化建設和促進(jìn)中外交流合作、維護世界和平作出杰出貢獻的外國人，為國家最高榮譽(yù)。設立頒授中華人民共和國“友誼勛章”，旨在通過(guò)樹(shù)立中外友誼典范，向世界傳遞友誼和平、公平正義等基本理念，增進(jìn)世界對中國的了解。阮富仲成為這一勛章自設立以來(lái)的第10位獲得者。

中華人民共和國“友誼勛章”章體以金色、藍色為主色調，采用和平鴿、地球、握手、荷花等元素，章鏈采用中國結、萬(wàn)年青、牡丹花、玉璧、蘭草等元素，整體采用花絲鑲嵌、掐絲琺瑯等傳統工藝手工制作。設計制作象征中國人民同各國人民友好團結、友誼長(cháng)存，祝愿世界各國共同繁榮發(fā)展。
