展會(huì )簡(jiǎn)介：The third annual US-China Entertainment LawConference will bring together senior policymakers, academics, business executives andinternational practitioners from China and the U.S. to discusscutting-edge legal issues in the US-China entertainment industry, including but not limited to the following:

(1) Year in Review: What is Happening in the US-China Entertainment Industry?

(2) IP Issues in the US-China Film Industry;

(3) IP issues in the US-China Gaming Industry; 

(4) Cross-Border IP Enforcement in the Entertainment Industry 

This one-dayconference is co-hosted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Loyola Law School Los Angeles, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Law (SJU), Peking University Schoolof Law (PKU), Beijing Film Academy (BFA) and Shanghai Film Group (SFG). 

第三屆中美娛樂(lè )法高峰論壇將于2018年6月19日由美國專(zhuān)利商標局(United States Patent & Trademark Office)、美國洛杉磯洛約拉大學(xué)法學(xué)院(Loyola Law School Los Angeles)、上海交通大學(xué)凱原法學(xué)院、北京大學(xué)法學(xué)院以及北京電影學(xué)院管理學(xué)院在滬聯(lián)合舉辦。這是繼中美娛樂(lè )法高峰論壇成功于2016年11月在洛杉磯、2017年6月在北京舉辦之后，首次移師中國上海。

本次會(huì )議為期一天，屆時(shí)將邀請來(lái)自中美兩國的相關(guān)政府官員、資深學(xué)者、公司高管及跨國律師，圍繞與中美娛樂(lè )文化產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)的重要法律問(wèn)題展開(kāi)深入研討，著(zhù)眼于中美娛樂(lè )產(chǎn)業(yè)在飛速發(fā)展過(guò)程中所面臨的機遇與挑戰，以推動(dòng)知識產(chǎn)權法在娛樂(lè )產(chǎn)業(yè)的應用為宗旨，為中美娛樂(lè )產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展與合作獻言獻策。
