水利部黃河水利委員近日表示，今年我國將拓寬黃河生態(tài)調水范圍，重點(diǎn)和統籌安排河道內灘區濕地和河道外重要湖泊濕地應急生態(tài)補水、華北地區地下水超采區綜合治理生態(tài)補水。黃河生態(tài)調水將有利于涵蓋山水林田湖草的整個(gè)流域生態(tài)系統的良性維持和發(fā)展。
China will divert water from the Yellow River to more regions this year to boost ecological protection, the Yellow River Conservancy Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources said. Water diversion projects will focus on emergency water supplies for major wetlands and lakes along the river, as well as ecological restoration in northern Chinese regions with groundwater shortages, according to the commission. Such projects aim to sustain all the ecosystems in the Yellow River basin, including mountains, rivers, lakes, forests, farmland and grassland, the commission said.

【知識點(diǎn)】
黃河發(fā)源于青藏高原，流經(jīng)9個(gè)省區，全長(cháng)5464公里，是我國僅次于長(cháng)江的第二大河。黃河流域構成我國重要的生態(tài)屏障，是連接青藏高原、黃土高原、華北平原的生態(tài)廊道，擁有三江源、祁連山等多個(gè)國家公園和國家重點(diǎn)生態(tài)功能區。黃河流經(jīng)黃土高原水土流失區、五大沙漠沙地，沿河兩岸分布有東平湖和烏梁素海等湖泊、濕地，河口三角洲濕地生物多樣。
黨的十八大以來(lái)，黃河水沙治理取得顯著(zhù)成效，生態(tài)環(huán)境持續明顯向好。但同時(shí)我們也要清醒看到，當前黃河流域生態(tài)環(huán)境仍然脆弱。黃河上游局部地區生態(tài)系統退化、水源涵養功能降低；中游水土流失嚴重，汾河等支流污染問(wèn)題突出；下游生態(tài)流量偏低、一些地方河口濕地萎縮。
治理黃河，重在保護，要在治理。要堅持山水林田湖草綜合治理、系統治理、源頭治理，統籌推進(jìn)各項工作，加強協(xié)同配合，推動(dòng)黃河流域高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。要堅持綠水青山就是金山銀山的理念，堅持生態(tài)優(yōu)先、綠色發(fā)展，以水而定、量水而行，因地制宜、分類(lèi)施策，上下游、干支流、左右岸統籌謀劃，共同抓好大保護，協(xié)同推進(jìn)大治理，著(zhù)力加強生態(tài)保護治理、保障黃河長(cháng)治久安、促進(jìn)全流域高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、改善人民群眾生活、保護傳承弘揚黃河文化，讓黃河成為造福人民的幸福河。
