今天上午，北京朝陽(yáng)法院證實(shí)，已受理鄧超“出軌門(mén)”名譽(yù)權糾紛一案，被告一方為新浪微博，即北京微夢(mèng)創(chuàng )科網(wǎng)絡(luò )技術(shù)有限公司，訴訟請求為要求該公司停止侵權，刪除侵權微博。鄧超在起訴書(shū)中稱(chēng)，2015年6月17日，新浪微博名為“圈內老鬼”的博主首先發(fā)布內容為“哎!又一跑男出軌了”、“明天10點(diǎn)，約?”等針對鄧超的造謠誹謗內容。之后，“娛樂(lè )圈揭秘”、“圈貳爺”等博主迅速呼應，大肆造謠誹謗。新浪微博平臺上迅速形成“鄧超出軌”的微博話(huà)題。截至起訴時(shí)，該話(huà)題閱讀量達到6.1億，26萬(wàn)人參與討論。6月27日，鄧超在微博曬出一張北京朝陽(yáng)法院的立案通知書(shū)，并表示：“有些事兒一定要有結果”。

鄧超認為，其作為著(zhù)名影星，一直享有良好的社會(huì )公眾形象，但“圈內老鬼”等人此次惡意中傷，發(fā)布的造謠誹謗言論給其個(gè)人名譽(yù)和社會(huì )公眾形象造成嚴重損害。不過(guò)，“圈內老鬼”在新浪微博并非實(shí)名注冊，鄧超表示其本人無(wú)法獲取博主身份信息而直接起訴。鄧超稱(chēng)其曾多次要求新浪微博提供“圈內老鬼”的真實(shí)身份信息均無(wú)果，故無(wú)奈訴至法院，要求判令微夢(mèng)創(chuàng )科公司停止侵權，刪除侵權微博。
