阿迪達斯發(fā)布Futurecraft 4D跑鞋 采用最新3D打印技術(shù)
Adidas just debuted its newest shoe -- which has a 3D-printed sole.



日前，阿迪達斯推出了最新款運動(dòng)鞋——它的鞋底采用了3D打印技術(shù)。

The German company said 5,000 of the "Futurecraft 4D" shoes will be available at retail stores in the fall and winter.

這家德國公司表示，今年秋冬時(shí)節，這一名為“未來(lái)工藝4D”的運動(dòng)鞋將會(huì )有5000雙上市出售。

It plans to start mass producing them next year and expects to have made more than 100,000 pairs by the end of 2018. The company would not disclose where the shoes will be manufactured.

該公司計劃于明年開(kāi)始批量生產(chǎn)，至2018年底銷(xiāo)量有望增至10萬(wàn)雙。不過(guò)該公司目前并未透露在哪里生產(chǎn)這些鞋子。

Adidas partnered with Silicon Valley-based startup Carbon to create the shoe, which uses a new technology called digital light synthesis.

3D printed materials are often rigid or malleable and wouldn't work well for a shoe. But with Carbon's technology, the material is springy and able to bounce back almost instantaneously.



3D打印材料通常比較硬且有延展性，用在鞋子上并不是非常好。不過(guò)，有了Carbon公司的新技術(shù)，材料會(huì )變得有彈性，幾乎能即刻回彈。

The technology works by using UV lasers to project a pattern for a midsole liquid. The light turns the liquid into a solid and the result is a flexible, but durable, midsole.

這項打印技術(shù)利用紫外線(xiàn)將液態(tài)樹(shù)脂聚合物作成鞋底液態(tài)模型，再將液體固化，最終成為柔韌的、耐用的鞋底夾層。

The technology could save time and money in the production process and will allow for greater customization.

這項技術(shù)省時(shí)，成本也低，并能進(jìn)行更大量的定制。

"We can produce up to 100 times faster than other 3D printing and additive manufacturing processes," an Adidas spokesperson told CNNTech.
