Google has revealed the most searched-for fashion questions of the past year.

The top 10 questions included how to use a needle threader, how to iron silk - and what to do when you accidentally sit on an old piece of chewing gum in your favourite pair of jeans.

The fashion problem the most people turned to the search engine to solve this year was: 'How to get ink out of clothes'.

This was followed by how to tie a Windsor knot in second place, and how to iron silk in third.
