十種翻譯技巧（C） 6拆譯法(division)與合譯法（combination）
這種方法是指為符合漢語(yǔ)流水句的習慣而將英語(yǔ)中過(guò)長(cháng)的句子結構進(jìn)行拆解或合并的翻譯方法。 1.This intuition that looks matter little may be another instance of our denying real influences upon us, for there is now a file drawer full of research studies indicating that appearance is a powerful determinant of 這種認為外貌并不重要的直覺(jué)行為，也許是我們否認對我們真正有影響的事物的又一個(gè)例子，因為有大量的調查研究的結果表明，外表是最初是否引人注意的重要決定因素 2. She had clearly become a beggar pure and simple . 25. Kings and bears often worry keepers . 國王難事， 狗熊難養。 7正說(shuō)反譯和反說(shuō)正譯法(negation) 這種方法是指為照顧目的語(yǔ)習慣，原語(yǔ)中肯定的或否定的表達可以轉換成目的語(yǔ)中否定的或肯定的表達。 1. One by one, these friends, acquaintances, and strangers from the different times of my shortened life stood by the casket to say farewell,adieu,zaijen. 參考譯文：在我提前結束的生命里，我在不同時(shí)期所結交的朋友，認識的熟人，還有一些陌生人，都一一走到我的棺材前，操著(zhù)不同的語(yǔ)言跟我說(shuō)“再見(jiàn)”。 2. He is no less clever than his brother. (他和他兄弟一樣聰明。) 8. The man over there is none other than our principal. (站在那兒的人正是我們的校長(cháng)。) 9.無(wú)論如何，她算不上一位思維敏捷的學(xué)生。 She can hardly be rated as a bright student. (正譯) She is anything but a bright student. (反譯) 10. I'm blest if I know. 我一點(diǎn)也不知道。 11. He was an indecisive sort of person and always capricious. 他這個(gè)人優(yōu)柔寡斷，而且總是反復無(wú)常。 12. Miss Fairlie kept to her room all day. 范俐小姐整日足不出戶(hù)。 13. 油漆未干 Wet paint 14.他新雇來(lái)的女傭人懶得出奇，飯量到很大，真是一個(gè)無(wú)用而又累贅的東西。 His newly employed woman servant was extremely lazy and ate a lot , no more than a white elephant. 15.
