《中國制造2025》對內外資企業(yè)一視同仁 工業(yè)和信息化部部長(cháng)苗圩11日表示，《中國制造2025》及其相關(guān)政策措施對內資企業(yè)和外資企業(yè)一視同仁，制定相關(guān)政策不是說(shuō)要限制外資企業(yè)。在十二屆全國人大五次會(huì )議記者會(huì )上，苗圩對近日中國歐盟商會(huì )發(fā)布的《中國制造2025：產(chǎn)業(yè)政策對弈市場(chǎng)力量》研究報告進(jìn)行了回應，他表示該報告一些觀(guān)點(diǎn)存在對《中國制造2025》的誤讀。
 The Made in China 2025 initiative brings equal opportunities to foreign and domestic enterprises and will strengthen the role of the market, the country's top industry regulator said in response to a suggestion by the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China that the initiative creates uneven playing field. 就近日中國歐盟商會(huì )稱(chēng)《中國制造2025》政策導致不公平競爭環(huán)境的觀(guān)點(diǎn)，工信部有關(guān)領(lǐng)導回應稱(chēng)，《中國制造2025》對內資企業(yè)和外資企業(yè)一視同仁，并且會(huì )加強市場(chǎng)的作用。 The initiative, which was designed to promote high-end manufacturing in China, adheres to government-led, market-oriented principles, said Miao Wei, minister of Industry and Information Technology. 工信部部長(cháng)苗圩表示，《中國制造2025》的目的就是推進(jìn)國內的高端制造業(yè)，自推出以來(lái)一直堅持市場(chǎng)主導、政府引導的原則。 "Foreign and Chinese enterprises will continue to be treated equally.
