“穩”字當頭：回顧近5年政府工作報告對經(jīng)濟社會(huì )發(fā)展的描述 3月5日上午9時(shí)，第十二屆全國人民代表大會(huì )第五次會(huì )議在人民大會(huì )堂開(kāi)幕，李克強總理向大會(huì )做政府工作報告。
每一年的政府工作報告都會(huì )對上一年的經(jīng)濟社會(huì )發(fā)展狀況作出概述性總結，“穩中有進(jìn)、穩中向好、緩中趨穩”等以“穩”字為核心的表述也逐漸成為報告中的高頻詞。 下面，我們就以最近5年的政府工作報告中對經(jīng)濟社會(huì )發(fā)展的描述為例，跟大家一起學(xué)習一下這些“穩”字表達的英文說(shuō)法。

The main indication of this stable performance is that the economy operated within an appropriate range. 2014年 穩中向好 Stable and improved economy 經(jīng)濟運行穩中向好。一年來(lái)，我們堅持穩中求進(jìn)工作總基調，統籌穩增長(cháng)、調結構、促改革，堅持宏觀(guān)政策要穩、微觀(guān)政策要活、社會(huì )政策要托底，創(chuàng )新宏觀(guān)調控思路和方式，采取一系列既利當前、更惠長(cháng)遠的舉措，穩中有為，穩中提質(zhì)，穩中有進(jìn)，各項工作實(shí)現了良好開(kāi)局。 The economy was stable and improved. Last year, we adhered to the general work guideline of making progress while maintaining stability. We worked to maintain stable growth, make structural adjustments and carry out reform in a holistic way. We ensured that the government's macro policies are stable, micro policies are flexible and social policies meet people's basic needs. We improved the ways of exercising macro-control and adopted measures with both short-term and long-term benefits in mind. We strove to break new ground, improve quality, and make progress while ensuring stability.
