惱羞成怒! 法國男子狀告優(yōu)步泄露出軌!

A businessman in southern France is suing ride-hailing company Uber over his wife's discovery of rides he took to see his lover.

法國南部一名商人正在起訴叫車(chē)公司優(yōu)步，因為優(yōu)步導致他的妻子發(fā)現了他和情人會(huì )面的行程。

The man says he once requested an Uber driver from his wife's phone.

這名男子表示，他曾用妻子的手機約了優(yōu)步車(chē)。

Despite logging off, the application continued to send notifications to her iPhone afterwards, revealing his travel history and arousing her suspicions.

退出登錄后，優(yōu)步應用程序卻仍然繼續向妻子的iPhone推送他的叫車(chē)信息。這暴露了他的行蹤，引起了妻子的懷疑。

The couple have since divorced. The lawsuit is reportedly worth up to 45 million euros.

后來(lái)這對夫妻離了婚。據報道，這起訴訟案的索賠金額高達4500萬(wàn)歐元。

"My client was the victim of a bug in an application. The bug has caused him problems in his private life," his lawyer David-Andre Darmon said.

The lawyer did not comment on a report in Le Figaro newspaper that the lawsuit was worth up to 45 million, saying only that his client wished to remain discreet and anonymous.

至于《費加羅報》稱(chēng)男子提出4500萬(wàn)歐元的巨額索賠，該律師不予置評，只是表示客戶(hù)希望保持匿名。

Uber said it would not comment on the case but added that the best possible protection of clients' personal details was a priority.

優(yōu)步方面表示，他們不會(huì )對此案發(fā)表評論，但稱(chēng)盡最大可能保護用戶(hù)的隱私是該公司的首要任務(wù)。
