1.A law should be amended or repealed only by the same procedures that were used to enact it. 法律只有經(jīng)與其頒布程序同樣的程序，方能被修改或廢除。

2.A legislature has many of the same powers as a court to support a legislative inquiry. 立法機關(guān)具有許多與法院相同的權利以進(jìn)行立法調查。
