　　一、口譯技巧

　　1.語(yǔ)序調整

　　如果一家企業(yè)分布的地域寬廣，那么根據地理特點(diǎn)來(lái)設立部門(mén)也許是有效的做法。

　　If an enterprise covers a broad geographic area, itmay be efficient to have departments based ongeography. (后一句的譯法運用形式主語(yǔ)it，語(yǔ)序進(jìn)行調整)

　　如果項目經(jīng)理對完成項目有明確的目標，那么這種組織體系是富有效率的。

　　The system is efficient if the project manager has a clear objective in the completion of theproject.

　　只要有利于達到企業(yè)目標，這個(gè)組織結構就是有效的。

　　The structure will be effective so long as it contributes to this purpose.

　　2.詞性轉化

　　動(dòng)詞轉化為名詞

　　把一家企業(yè)的組織分成不同的部門(mén)而每一個(gè)部門(mén)由一名下級經(jīng)理管理，這通常不能僅以數目多寡為基礎。

　　The division of the organization of an enterprise into separate departments, each under asubordinate manager, is not generally based simply on numbers.(原文中“由管理”運用動(dòng)詞轉化為介詞的技巧)

　　項目經(jīng)理要對該項目負責并行使權力，其屬下的人員將從各職能部門(mén)調派。

　　The project manager has the responsibility and authority for a given project, and subordinatesare assigned to this manager from functional departments.

　　動(dòng)詞轉化為介詞

　　為了節省和方便管控，常常把一些專(zhuān)項活動(dòng)如采購、會(huì )計和數據分析等交給服務(wù)部門(mén)處理，由參謀部門(mén)提出建議，協(xié)調管理關(guān)系。

　　For the sake of cost and convenience, specialized activities such as purchasing, accountingand data processing are placed in service department, with proposal from staff department formanagement coordination.

　　3.省略

　　在大多數情況下這個(gè)組織必須能夠反映企業(yè)的各項功能，如企業(yè)的工程、生產(chǎn)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、營(yíng)業(yè)和財務(wù)等。

　　In most cases, the organization reflects the functions of the enterprises such as engineering, production, marketing, operations, and finance. (省略重復的詞語(yǔ))

　　矩陣組織是一個(gè)靈活的組織，它會(huì )隨著(zhù)項目的結束而解散。

　　Matrix organization is flexible in that a project ceases to exist when it is completed. (省略重復的詞語(yǔ))

　　在某些結構復雜的現代企業(yè)中，或許還設有專(zhuān)門(mén)的顧問(wèn)部門(mén)，負責協(xié)調管理，但無(wú)權直接管理各下級部門(mén)。

　　In a complex modern enterprise, there may also be specialized advisory departments whichhave responsibilities for assisting management but which lack authority over lower levels.(省略動(dòng)詞)
