A 73-year-old grandmother has wowed Chinese social media with her edgy fashionable photos.

一位73歲奶奶的一組時(shí)尚大片驚艷了中國社交網(wǎng)絡(luò )。

In the images, the woman, who is billed as the ’coolest grandmother’ by Chinese media, can be seen posing on a Harley Davidson in leather clothing and also in stunning traditional Chinese dress, reports the People’s Daily Online.

據人民網(wǎng)報道，照片中，這位被稱(chēng)為“最時(shí)尚奶奶”的女性一身皮衣皮褲帥氣的倚在哈雷機車(chē)上；而另一個(gè)造型中，她身著(zhù)中國傳統旗袍優(yōu)雅迷人。

Since retiring, the grandmother from Xiamen, China’s Fujian province, has been exploring areas of the country that she had dreamed of visiting such as Tibet.

Incredible images show the 73-year-old pensioner, named Huang Yanzhen, posing for photos.

She can be seen donning colourful clothing in a coffee shop, posing against a wall in sparkly green coat and funky glasses and taking photos in a park.

She says that after the Qinghai-Tibet railway opened in the 1980s, she had dreamed of seeing the beauty of Tibet but had to stay in her job and work hard for her children.

Huang Yanzhen attends a half-hour class every day.

The photographer Jesse Ding, 31, told MailOnline that he got to know the grandmother through his godmother.

He said: ’In the shooting, she was very supportive of me and I am hoping more people can see these photos so that Chinese elderly ladies can be seen as elegant and rich.’

Jesse’s photos have proved popular on the internet after he did a hipster photoshoot with his grandfather.
