異地戀福音：這款手套可以讓千里之外的人觸摸對方！

A pair of prototype vibrating gloves has been developed to let couples touch one another over WiFi.

科學(xué)家發(fā)明了一款震動(dòng)手套（雖然還是原型），可以讓分割兩地的伴侶通過(guò)無(wú)線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò )彼此觸摸對方。

Couples can share a walk, watch movies together, and even give each other a massage over long distances using the ’Flex-N-Feel’ gloves.

即使相隔千里，情侶們也可以用這款“Flex-N-Feel”手套手挽手逛街、一起看電影，甚至還能給對方按摩。

The interconnected gloves, one worn by each partner, responds to finger movements.

兩只手套是互相連接的，伴侶雙方一人戴一只，手套可以對手指活動(dòng)作出反應。

When one partner moves their fingers it’s felt in the glove of the other person.

當其中一人活動(dòng)手指時(shí)，另一個(gè)戴著(zhù)手套的人可以感覺(jué)到。

The glove’s tactile sensors allow the wearer to ’feel’ the movements, with each finger segment mapped to vibrating motors.

這款手套的觸覺(jué)傳感器使得穿戴者可以“感覺(jué)”到這些動(dòng)作，每根手指的活動(dòng)都被映射到了震動(dòng)電機上。

’Over distance you can place this vibrating glove that your partner is controlling on body parts, to hold hands, or to touch a face, or to give a nice, light massage,’ said designer Dr Carman Neustaedter.

Dr Neustaedter and his team at Canada’s Simon Fraser University said they developed the glove because touch is a key element to connection.

’It’s all about feeling connected,’ said Dr Neustaedter, who is an associate professor at SFU’s School of Interactive Arts and Technology.
