US actress Scarlett Johansson has reportedly filed for divorce from her husband, Romain Dauriac, and a tough legal battle is anticipated over custody of their daughter.

據報道，美國女演員寡姐斯嘉麗·約翰遜已經(jīng)向其丈夫羅曼·多里亞克提起了離婚訴訟，并且預計將就其女兒的監護權展開(kāi)一場(chǎng)艱難的爭奪。

Local media reported in January that the couple had separated last year and the actress has been seen at recent public events without her wedding ring.

今年一月份當地媒體報道稱(chēng)這對夫妻去年就已經(jīng)分居了，而寡姐在最近幾次公開(kāi)活動(dòng)中也沒(méi)有戴結婚戒指。

According to the New York Post, Johansson’s lawyer, Judith Poller, on Tuesday served divorce papers to Dauriac’s lawyer, Harold Mayerson.

據《紐約郵報》報道，本周二寡姐的律師朱迪思·波勒向多里亞克的律師哈羅德·邁耶森提出了離婚訴狀。

According to Mayerson, Dauriac is fighting to obtain custody of the couple’s daughter, Rose Dorothy Dauriac, with an eye toward taking her to live with him in France, although Johansson would be able to see the child periodically, given the fact that she "does a lot of traveling."

據邁耶森表示稱(chēng)，鑒于寡姐“要做很多旅行”，多里亞克正在爭取獲得這對夫妻女兒羅斯·桃樂(lè )茜·多里亞克的監護權，并想帶她和自己一起到法國居住，但是寡姐將可以定期看到自己的女兒。

"It will be an interesting (legal) process," said the lawyer in remarks reported in the New York daily.

The actress and Dauriac, a journalist and art collector, married in secret in 2014 in the United States, after Johansson gave birth to Rose Dorothy.
