馬德里禁止半數汽車(chē)上路抵抗空氣污染

Madrid has ordered half of most private cars off the roads on Thursday to tackle worsening air pollution a first in Spain.

周四馬德里要求幾乎半數的私家車(chē)禁止上路，以解決嚴重的空氣污染問(wèn)題，這項措施在西班牙尚屬首次。

The restrictions will operate between 6.30am and 9pm and will be re-uated daily depending on pollution levels. The city council said in a statement: “vehicles with even-number registration plates will be allowed to drive around on even-number days and cars with odd-number registration plates on odd-number days”.

這個(gè)規定限制從早上6：30到晚上9點(diǎn)，并且根據每天的污染情況進(jìn)行調整。城市委員會(huì )是這樣說(shuō)的，“牌照號碼數字是偶數的汽車(chē)將被允許在日期是偶數的那天開(kāi)，牌照號碼數字是奇數的汽車(chē)將允許在日期是奇數的那天開(kāi)?！?/font>

The measure is activated when levels of harmful nitrogen dioxide in the atmosphere go above 200 microgrammes per cubic metre in at least two measuring stations for two days running and if the air is unlikely to clear imminently.

大氣中有害的二氧化氮連續兩天在至少兩個(gè)監測站顯示超過(guò)每立方米200微克，以及污染的空氣不能立刻清理干凈的情況下，這項措施就會(huì )實(shí)施。
